Temperature 92-100 degrees Humidity 50% This is a Vinyasa Style yoga class infused with Barre, Pilates, Yoga Sculpt, & technical Dance Technique. This class will challenge your body in a new way, expect muscle endurance and muscle fatigue. No you will not be dancing....only creating the muscles of a dancer. Please bring yoga mat, mat towel (large towel) & water bottle. If you do not have we offer $2 cash or $4 card rentals. We also sell Manduka Yoga towels & mats made for hot yoga classes.
