This class is designed for beginner students ready for a challenge as well as more seasoned students.
Prerequisites: Students should be able to consistently perform the following on both sides: - Classic Climb to the top! - Even Double Footlocks - Hip Key in the Wrap
We will build on your skills with climbs, footlocks, and hip keys that you developed in the intro and and/or foundations classes and introduce new skills including inverts, eggbeaters, and belays.
