About this event
Temperature 102-105 Humidity 50% Power based yoga class with progressive flow, for yogis at every level. This is a fast paced dynamic class. It is intense & fun! This class is meant to challenge you in the best way! Its hot and humid, with a variety of basic yoga asanas for all to follow. Anyone and everyone is welcome! Bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle. If you do not have, we offer rentals for $2 cash or $4 card. We have mats & hot yoga towels for sale. Please sign up in advance to help us serve you better-we do not have cancellation fees, or extra charges for cancelling-Namaste!
