Open to students who are confident with foundational aerial hoop skills and can perform them on both sides. Students should be familiar with: - Hip hang - Front balance - Double knee hang - Delilah to sit without excessive swinging
This class is open level, and students from Foundations and Progressive classes (with prerequisites met) are welcome to join as we build creative sequences that expand your comfort and stamina in the air.
