This class is designed for beginner students ready for the next step! You must have completed at least one Intro to Hoop Series or have studio approval to sign up for this class.
We will continue building on skills from your intro series. We will introduce the top bar of the lyra, new entries (and exits!) into the hoop, and focus on strength and flexibility. As we get more confident in lyra, we will start piecing skills together to create fun new choreography and transitions!
Listed by FM Aerial & Movement Arts (Google Calendar), gathered by the Fargo events calendar.
