Good morning, Fargo.

Homeward Animal Shelter in Fargo reached a record 1,500 adoptions in 2025, setting a new high for the shelter.

It is raising funds for a new facility — 20 percent of its $15 million goal has been met as of Friday morning.

House candidate Jennifer Benson, running for District 41 in South Fargo, defended her record on The Jay Thomas Show as she responded to school board censures (from her 2020 tenure), saying she raised tough questions about enrollment numbers and mask policies.

Health experts in Fargo advise residents to take a cautious approach to New Year’s resolutions.

They recommend easing into healthier eating, exercise, and weight loss goals to avoid soreness and fatigue while suggesting consultation with local physicians if concerns arise.
