CRIME NEWS
- ➤ A change of plea hearing is set for today for 37-year-old Joseph Manitowabi—he appeared in a viral video assaulting three Fargo Police officers after hitting them and fleeing downtown from a narcotics arrest at Roberts Commons Garage on June 7, and he had previously pleaded not guilty to six counts. KVRR
- ➤ Fargo Police responded early Friday near the 700 block of College Street North to an assault that left a man with serious injuries and arrested 23-year-old Lena Deoliveira today in Moorhead without incident while holding her at Clay County Jail pending extradition to Cass County. KVRR

- ➤ On September 6, the 119th Wing North Dakota Air National Guard received the Air and Space Force Outstanding Unit Award—its 24th win—and celebrated with families after the ceremony. A new headquarters for the Hooligans will begin construction in 2027. KVRR
