- ➤ VisionBank in Fargo will be renamed Bravera on Oct 6 after being acquired in March by Bravera Holdings Corp—its three branches will continue to provide the same high level of service while the bank operates 32 locations across North Dakota, Minnesota and Montana. KVRR
CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Fargo Police Department is asking for help to locate 23-year-old Lena Deoliveira, accused of attempted murder near the 700 block of College Street North on September 5 at 5:40 a.m. when officers found the man seriously injured and hospitalized, and they urge anyone who sees her to call 9-1-1 without approaching her (she is 5 foot 7 with brown hair and brown eyes). - ➤ Police have warned residents to avoid the 700 block of 2nd Street North downtown as an ongoing incident unfolds—more information is expected soon. AM 1100 The Flag

- ➤ On Friday at 1 p.m., the Convention Center Committee heard the final three proposals for a new center from Hempel Real Estate and Christianson Companies, with Hempel presenting two ideas—one featuring hotels in South Fargo.
