- ➤ Today, the Highway Patrol and Cass County Sheriff’s Office are setting up sobriety checkpoints and saturation patrols in Cass County to remove impaired drivers from the roads — part of North Dakota’s Vision Zero campaign that began in 2018 and follows 57 road deaths, including 16 alcohol-related, as of August 28.
