- ➤ Fargo Police arrested 28-year-old De’angelo Cortez Brent in connection with a shooting in Grand Forks that wounded 27-year-old Antonio Delon Lock after officers arrived on Sunday at 4:30 a.m.—he now faces charges including attempted murder, aggravated assault, terrorizing, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief. - ➤ Fargo firefighters receive annual mental health check-ups—reducing the stigma of seeking help—while Moorhead firefighters are not mandated to have these checks even though about 20% of first responders experience stress during their careers. KVRR
