- ➤ Fargo Fire Department responded Sunday, August 17 at around 4:08 p.m. to contain an unknown fuel-like substance in Rose Coulee at 40th Ave S and University Dr S after a walker noticed the smell—crews stopped the substance before it reached the Red River, and its source remains unknown.
