- ➤ Police responded early Monday at 12:41 a.m. in Fargo after a man was stabbed on the 1300-block of 32nd St. S. and taken to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries; officers later used the Red River Valley SWAT Team with a diversionary device to arrest suspect Boimein Dahn (33), who now faces charges including Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Preventing Arrest. - ➤ A 33-year-old man named Boimein Dahn was arrested early Monday for allegedly stabbing a resident in an apartment on the 1300 block of 32nd Street South + police said he ran to another unit where flashbang tactics were used to take him into custody, with the victim treated for injuries that were not life-threatening + Dahn now faces charges for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, preventing arrest and other outstanding warrants. - ➤ Fargo Police Chief David Zibolski said overall crime had been low in 2025 but recent weekends showed unusual violent incidents—data shows over 1,400 arrests from more than 5,400 reported offenses by July 8—and the department is still searching for murder suspect Tyrque Jones, who is wanted for the murder on Broadway on August 3. - ➤ Fargo Police arrested 19-year-old Tabias Walker on Sunday after an August 3 assault in the 300 block of Broadway left a victim in critical condition; he was located in Moorhead with help from Metro Street Crimes+ Moorhead Police and is held in Clay County Jail pending formal charges and extradition.
