- ➤ Three Fargo storm-sewer lift stations—Lift Stations 41, 42, and 58—are set to be upgraded this summer to improve their structural and electrical systems. The upgrades will raise the station heights so a 37-foot Red River flood can pass without emergency measures once the Fargo-Moorhead Diversion Project is complete, with CC Steel as the general contractor and JDP Electric handling the electrical work. - ➤ An appeals court did not rehear the voting rights case that ruled the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa, Spirit Lake Nation and three tribal citizens cannot sue over state redistricting—Native American Rights Fund called the decision a loss for Native American voters, and the plaintiffs have about three months to ask the U.S. Supreme Court to review it. The ruling means the state will revert to the 2021 map, which may shift district lines and affect local lawmakers’ seats. KVRR
