- ➤ Trashasaurus Rex, Bin Diesel and Truck Norris have been chosen for Fargo’s new garbage trucks after over 200 entries were submitted in the Name a Garbage Truck contest. Fargo Solid Waste Department and Deputy Mayor Denise Kolpack oversaw the contest and winners will get Fargo gear. KVRR

- ➤ City leaders are nearing finalization of two convention center proposals as developers tout benefits to 600 nearby property owners and 200 businesses; funding from the lodging tax starting in June and a proposed $2 million reserve fund is under review – officials may postpone the final decision by two weeks.
