- ➤ Under The Streetlamp will perform classic doo-wop, Motown and rock and roll hits at Fargo Theatre on November 14. - ➤ North Dakota activated the State Emergency Operations Center at Level 2 to help local firefighters battle 16 wildfires burning across the state since Sunday, with three fires on Turtle Mountain Reservation burning over 4,000 acres and threatening up to 15 structures—National Guard helicopters and fire engines from neighboring states were deployed to assist. - ➤ Governor Kelly Armstrong signed House Bill 1298 to raise the speed limit on interstates like I-29 and I-94 in the Fargo-Moorhead area to 80 miles per hour, up five from the current limit.
