- ➤ Fargo's former lawmaker and North Dakota Insurance Commissioner Jim Poolman released a statement on Monday night denying any involvement in Ray Holmberg’s alleged criminal sexual behavior with minors—he said he had fully cooperated with Homeland Security and believes he is being unfairly targeted due to his recent coming out. - ➤ AFL-CIO survey found that nearly seven out of 100,000 workers in North Dakota died on the job last year, making the state the sixth most dangerous to work in. - ➤ Governor Kelly Armstrong signed nearly 500 bills into law on April 29 that cap insulin prices for commercial plans at 25 dollars a month — a rule that does not apply to self-insured plans — and set up a public website for Legacy Fund investments while also repealing a decades-old law on HIV penalties.
