- ➤ Fargo Police will soon display custom squad car designs by local students after a contest with nearly 5,000 votes cast. The winners are Kaj Naujokas from Davies and sixth-grader Lourdes (Lulu) Bad Bear from Discovery, and the project is funded by the Fargo Police Foundation to promote community events. KVRR
