- ➤ The North Dakota Department of Transportation will start the I-94/Red River Structure Repair Project to repair the bridge, add deck overlays, and replace guardrails. Beginning Monday, the right lane on I-94 westbound near the 8th Street entrance in Moorhead will be closed overnight through May—traffic is expected to improve when the project finishes in October.
