- ➤ An off-duty Norman County deputy was hit by an SUV while crossing County Highway 29 near Twin Valley to help his dog that had been struck, and 41-year-old Christopher Lee was seriously injured—he was flown to a Fargo hospital as Minnesota State Patrol investigates. KVRR
