- ➤ A 17-year-old was arrested Sunday afternoon after police responded to reports of gunshots in south Fargo at 3:16 p.m. in the 3300 block of 42nd Street S—officers located individuals matching witness descriptions and charged the teen with theft of a gun before he was taken to juvenile detention as no one was hurt and the investigation remains ongoing. - ➤ Fargo Park District denied age discrimination and hostile work environment claims in a federal lawsuit filed by former executive director Dave Leker, who accused board members of using early retirement discussions as a pretext for his removal.
