- ➤ Von Maur, a national retailer, opens its first North Dakota store today at West Acres Mall in Fargo. Officials said the grand opening will feature a ribbon cutting and the store officially opens at 10 a.m. (local time). WDAY Radio
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ North Dakota’s Senate passed House Bill 1442 last Friday by a vote of 41-4 — the measure creates a 10-member task force on government efficiency including key state officials and local representation. The bill now returns to the House before it moves to Governor Kelly Armstrong. WDAY Radio
- ➤ Fargo Cass Public Health named Dr. Jessie Lindemann as its new Public Health Officer during the Board of Health meeting, succeeding Dr. Tracie Newman.
