- ➤ Problem gambling is drawing local concern as unregulated prediction markets and social casinos let young adults wager without safeguards; experts from the Minnesota Alliance on Problem Gambling urge middle school education and provide an app to block gambling software (and offer free financial counseling) to help those affected.
