Good morning, Fargo.

Fargo Air Museum invites community members to make Valentine’s cards for veterans ahead of the holiday.

During the museum’s weekly coffee hour today, about 70 to 90 veterans will receive cards (this first-year initiative aims to expand in future years).

NDSU doctoral student Chutikun Kanjanaruch, chosen from over 50 applicants, will join the six‑week Frontiers in Reproduction course at the Marine Biological Lab in Woods Hole, Mass from April 26 through June 7; he also earned the Mary McCannel Gunkelman Recognition Award (given to promote a welcoming campus environment).

NDSU researchers led by Ryan McGrath are testing digital handgrip devices that measure muscle function beyond basic grip strength in older adults, potentially offering earlier signs of disability and cognitive decline.

The campus study, funded by the National Institute of Aging, may guide targeted care for rural communities.
