Experience a taste of the Philippines with Fiona as she shares one of her favorite Filipino foods - lumpia! A staple at Filipino celebrations, family gatherings, and everyday tables, these crispy rolls are made for sharing, and Fiona will bring her own flair, stories, and tips to the kitchen along the way. You’ll prepare a savory vegetable filling seasoned with soy sauce, pepper, and oyster sauce. From there, you will learn Fiona’s techniques for filling, rolling, and frying lumpia until perfectly golden and crisp. Finish with a flavorful dipping sauce and, of course, enjoying what you've made! Each ticket makes one dozen lumpia - 6 per person - to enjoy during class or take home.
