Please Sign up well in advance. This helps us prepare the studio and class adequately for you. If you do not have a membership, you can pay $15 cash. Please bring exact bills. You must be a student 25yrs or younger to receive the $15 cash price. Everyone is welcome to attend, adults can purchase through mindbody prior to class arrival. We cannot break large bills. You can pay for this class with credit card it will be $20. Power based yoga class with progressive flow, for yogis at every level. This class is meant to challenge you in the best way! It's hot and humid, with a variety of basic yoga asanas for all to follow. Anyone and everyone are welcome! Temperature 95-105 Humidity 40- 50% This is a medium paced dynamic class. If you do not have, we offer rentals for $2 cash or $4 card. We have mats & hot yoga towels for sale.
