Power based yoga class with progressive flow, for yogis at every level. This class is meant to challenge you in the best way! It's hot and humid, with a variety of basic yoga asanas for all to follow. Anyone and everyone are welcome! Temperature 102-105 Humidity 50% This is a medium paced dynamic class. It is intense & fun! This class is meant to challenge you in the best way! It's hot and humid, with a variety of basic yoga asanas for all to follow. Bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle. If you do not have, we offer rentals for $2 cash or $4 card. We have mats & hot yoga towels for sale.
