About this event
Vin-Yin combines the energizing practice of vinyasa and the deep, relaxing stretching of yin yoga for the ultimate combination. The first half of class you will flow through a vinyasa practice then move into yin poses for the second half of class. You'll get the benefits of increased strength and balance of vinyasa and increased flexibility and stress relief of yin...the best of both worlds. Takes place in Studio 1, typically heated 90-95° Age 15 and older.
